AI agents · Independent hotels

AI agentsacross the whole guest journey.

The agents handle the repetitive work, so your team is free for the guest.

In operation

Every agent has a name and takes on the repetitive work.

Not a chatbot: AI agents that work alongside your team, each on one stretch of the guest journey — from front desk to management. They take the mechanical work; your people are free to welcome, solve and delight. Scroll and meet who works with the Hotel Aurora team.

What happens next?

Agents in this situation

Hotel Aurora, its team and its agents are fictional. Scenarios are illustrative; connections are simulated and perform no real actions.

The problem

The guest journey has holes in it

01

The lead arrives at 10 pm and waits until tomorrow

The price question lands on WhatsApp after hours and the answer goes out the next morning — when the guest has already booked somewhere else. Every unanswered hour is a booking that does not close.

02

The booking closes, and the rest becomes a reminder

Sending the payment link, confirming, saying what time breakfast is, asking whether they arrived well, requesting the review: all of it depends on someone remembering mid-shift. What nobody remembers does not happen.

03

What needs a person gets lost in the group chat

The dripping tap, the airport transfer, the invoice for the accountant: requests born in a conversation and buried in the team's WhatsApp group. They never become tasks, have no owner, have no deadline.

The Inn family

One piece for every stage of the journey

Every stage of the guest's journey has an owner with a name and a colour. This is not a product catalogue: it is the path a booking travels, and who looks after it on each stretch. The ones already live wear the same face inside — colour, type and form — so your team learns once and recognises it everywhere; the ones still on the way come marked.

  2. InnAgent

    Runs it

The app that carries the guest from quote to after checkout: booking, payment, card and history in the same place.

Where the agent replies

WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email and the website chat land in a single inbox, and Sophia replies in the house's own voice. What needs a person moves up to your team with the history attached — nobody restarts the conversation.

Vanessa

InnTask

Organises

Where the request becomes a task

What Sophia should not decide alone — a discount off the rate card, a complaint, maintenance — lands here as a task, with an owner and a deadline by department. Nothing dies in the team's WhatsApp group.

Neide

InnTeam

Executes

Where the agents work with your team

Named AI agents dispatch, follow up and report through the channel the hotel already uses — Discord, Slack or Telegram. Your team sees it all on one board, without opening another screen.

Rodrigo

InnData

Measures

Where the number shows up

Every Monday morning, Sophia already knows how many rooms are occupied, how much came in this month and where the bookings came from. The owner stops opening the PMS and doing the maths by hand just to find out how the week went.

Beatriz

sums up the day for whoever decides

InnMind

Configures

Where the hotelier teaches the house rules

Check-in time, pet policy, what's included in the rate: the hotelier will teach it once, and Sophia will answer in the house's voice, on every channel. With no taught answer, she says she doesn't know — she never invents price or availability.

What InnAgent does

The whole guest journey, run by AI agents — with a real guest on the other side. Your team steps in when the decision is theirs.

Demo screen — fictional hotel and guests, under the same policy that protects any guest.

In operation

Where this already runs

InnAgent ran a real hotel before it became a product. The first client, in Brazil, is the place where every screen goes into production before it is offered to any other hotel — with real guests, real bookings and real money at stake. Across the Atlantic, Akkal Marrakech, in Morocco, runs on the same inbox — in another language and another timezone.

Any gains presented in a commercial proposal are potential mapped during each hotel's assessment, not guaranteed results.

On demand

Whatever is missing, we build

Does your hotel need something that isn't here? That's how five of these products were born: free software, our own face inside it, your agents at work. The team below is who builds it.

What comes next

Where the Inn family is going

Where the product is headed, in the order it arrives. It is here because a hotel deserves to see the whole road before signing — and because every line on this list already has work behind it on our side.

  • PMS integration

Availability and rates read straight from the PMS inside the conversation, and the booking created without switching screens. The Cloudbeds partnership is signed, write operations included.

  • Connect your own WhatsApp number from the screen

Connect the hotel's number from the screen itself, in minutes. Today the connection is done with us, together, when the account is opened — what comes next is doing it yourself, whenever you want.

  • Invoice portal and self-service cancellation

Past invoices, card changes and cancellation in the hotel's own hands. Changing the number of units already works this way; the rest of the account follows the same path.

Questions

What hotels ask before signing

Do I have to switch PMS?

No. InnAgent sits on top of what the hotel already uses: service, booking and payment happen in the conversation, and the booking code is noted on the guest card. Reading and writing straight to the PMS is on the roadmap, Cloudbeds first.

Is there an AI answering on the hotel's behalf?

Yes. Sophia answers today at the hotel where the product is built — price, availability, house rules, what was agreed before — and hands the conversation to a person the moment it leaves the script. She learned by running a real hotel, every day. What she should not decide alone becomes a task for your team.

Does my team have to learn a new tool?

The front desk uses one screen, the inbox. Management sees the tasks on a board. And the agents talk to staff through the channel the hotel already uses — Discord, Slack or Telegram. Whoever does not want to open any system gets what they need on their own phone.

Who owns the guest data?

The hotel. The data the hotel and its guests put on the platform is and remains the hotel's, and at the end of the contract it is returned or deleted as the hotel instructs. We do not use one hotel's base for another — the isolation between customers is described in the Privacy Policy.

Do I need dedicated staff for this?

No. It was designed for hotels with 10 to 30 rooms, which have no technology team and a front desk whose hands are already full. The agents take the repetitive work off it. The operation goes on with the people already there — the agents take over what is lost today between one shift and the next, and the team decides what is theirs.

How does billing work?

Three fixed plans — Essential, Pro and Scale — monthly or annual (annual comes with two months off). Sign-up asks for a card, and you get a 7-day trial before the first charge. Each plan has a user limit and a feature set; you upgrade when you need more people or more channels.

Conversation

Want to see how this would look at your hotel?

It starts with what already happens today: where your guests write from, how many people answer, and what gets lost between one shift and the next.
