What came into being

Every line here is already running in production the day it appears — it is the far end of the roadmap: an item that leaves there arrives here, never the other way round.

We log what the hotel sees on screen, not internal work.

See what it does not do yet
  1. Channels connected when the account opens

A new hotel used to start without its channel registered, so the guest's first message never arrived. Connecting is now part of opening the account: it is listening from day one.

Replies go out signed by whoever wrote them

The agent signature existed on screen but never made it into the message — for anyone. Each person now writes the name that signs, and the guest knows who they spoke to.

Its own address, and screens in English

The product now lives at app.innagent.ai, with internal addresses in English. Old saved links still work: they redirect.

  2. The inbox speaks up, and no message is lost

A message that fails to send stays visible with a retry button instead of vanishing, and the inbox tells you when something new arrives while you are on another screen.

Guest intent and a contact list

Every conversation can be tagged by what the person wanted — quote, booking, complaint, cancellation — and everyone who has written to the hotel became a searchable list, exportable as CSV.

Change your hotel's size without talking to anyone

Sold one more unit? Change it on screen and the difference is charged prorated to the remaining days. No email, no waiting.
