The product
The screens where the day happens
This is the interface the hotel works in. The eight screens below come from the product — the hotel and the conversations are demo data, because guest data does not belong on a public page.
Product interface. Hotel, guests and conversations are fictional.
01The inbox
One inbox
WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Facebook and the website chat land in the same queue, sorted by whoever has been waiting longest. Whoever takes the shift sees what was already answered, and by whom.

Triage what came in
When volume spikes the list becomes a table: select several conversations and assign, resolve or label them at once, without opening one by one.

02The board
The board by status
Open, waiting and resolved in columns. What is stuck shows up in the size of the column, before it turns into a complaint.

The board by stage
The same conversations arranged along the hotel's pipeline — from new contact to review left.

The conversation inside the board
Opening a conversation does not take you off the board: it takes the middle, and everything else stays where it was.

03The record
The guest details
Who they are, what they asked for, their history with the hotel and the booking code in the PMS — beside the conversation, not in another tab.

The stay, once the PMS is connected
With the PMS connected, booking, dates, room and amount appear in the details panel, and the dashed line marks what came from there. The Cloudbeds integration is being built — this screen shows where it is going, not what already runs.

04The AI
When the AI answers
Sophia replies on her own and moves the card along the pipeline. Writing in the conversation takes it over and removes her from it — from that conversation only.
