About
A product built from inside the operation
InnAgent did not start as software in search of a problem. It started by running a hotel — and the product is what was left after solving the problem for real, with a real guest on the other side.
We build an agentic hospitality platform that enables independent hotels to automate guest journeys, hotel operations, and business workflows using AI agents.
The laboratory is a real hotel
InnAgent's first customer is a 13-room independent hotel in Brazil. Every screen goes into production there before it is offered to any other hotel — with real bookings, real guests and real money at stake. There is no demo environment standing in as proof: what you see is what already runs.
Why the whole journey, not a piece of it
An independent hotel does not switch PMS by choice and does not hire a technology team. So InnAgent asks for no switch: it comes in through the conversation — where the lead arrives, the booking closes, the payment goes out and the request is born — and follows the journey through to the review. The loss happens between those steps, and that is where the agents work.
A family of products, one thread
InnChat, InnTask, InnTeam, InnData, and the ones to come — InnBook and InnAgency — are pieces with one job each. What ties them together is InnAgent, the app that runs the journey, and one rule: every product in the house has AI agents working inside it. Each piece is born from open software that we customise, package and maintain — which is why each name says what it does.
The roadmap is public
This site publishes where the product is going, in the order it arrives. A hotel that signs without seeing the whole road cancels in the first month, and rightly so. Each item moves the day it enters production — not the day it enters the plan.
The guest base belongs to the hotel
In the guest flow the hotel is the data controller and InnAgent is the processor. That is not a legal formality: it decides who sets the purpose of processing, who answers a data-subject request and what InnAgent may or may not do with the base. A hotel that leaves takes its base with it.
Who it is for
Independent hotels with 10 to 30 rooms — inns, boutique hotels, riads, guesthouses: the ones that receive guests through five different channels, have no technology team and a front desk whose hands are already full. The agents take the repetitive work off it. Above that size there are corporate solutions; below it, the problem does not hurt enough yet.
