Who answers when you write
There is no ticket portal and no automated help desk: the people who answer are the ones who built the product while running a hotel's front desk. This page says where to write, what helps us solve it faster and — just as plainly — what does not exist yet.
Where to write
It reaches the people who decide. This is the route for hotels already running with us: describe what happened and, if you can, the channel and roughly when.
Form
Same destination, with the fields already laid out. This is where anyone without an account starts.
Open the formWhat hours
The team is small and Brazilian: replies go out during business hours, Brasília time. We do not promise 24-hour cover because there is no night shift — and a promise like that costs more when broken than it ever earned when made.
What helps us solve it faster
Tell us the hotel, which channel the conversation came in through (WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Facebook or the website chat) and roughly when. That is enough to find it in the history without a round trip.
Personal data and suspected incidents
Data subject requests under the LGPD or the GDPR, and any suspected incident, go to the same address with “security” in the subject line, so they are not lost among usage questions.
What does not exist yet
There is no support phone line, no live chat on the site and no public knowledge base. The phone number in the footer is the company's registration, not a support channel. When any of these exists, it will appear here and on the changelog.
